We conduct awareness programs for women’s issues, child care, general knowledge, and offer counselling services. A strong, independent mother serves as a role model for her family, and encourages her children to have healthy attitudes towards gender issues.
The HTBC Widow Project is dedicated to profoundly supporting and uplifting women who have faced the heartbreaking loss of their husband and now endure lives marked by isolation and neglect. These courageous women often grapple with declining health in the absence of familial support. With a deep commitment to transcending barriers of caste, creed, and culture, HTBC offers vital assistance in the form of quarterly distributions of dry rations and a modest financial stipend.
Moreover, the project passionately advocates for the empowerment of young widows, offering them opportunities to acquire new skills and providing educational benefits for their children. This initiative not only aids them in reconstructing their shattered lives but also ensures a more secure and promising future for their families. Through these comprehensive support systems, the HTBC Widow Project stands as a beacon of hope and renewal, guiding these women towards a path of independence and resilience.
